Technical Support

Starting in 2026, our Helpdesk will centrally process all your requests. Please send them exclusively to helpdesk@asix.pro. This way, they will be entered directly into the ticket system and handled in a structured manner.

Practical Experience: AsiX Forum

At the AsiX Forum, new developments are presented, power users share application examples and provide input, and our team answers your questions – ideal to benefit from the community’s experience. The next event will take place on 9 April at 2:30 pm in german and on 16 April at 2:30 pm in Italian.
